If you don't care about the barrel or the stock, worst problem MIGHT be the trigger being the usual 10/22 okay, but not great, trigger or the Ruger extractor needing an upgrade to a VQ or similar. I'm counting down the hours, watching and refreshing the UPS tracking website for my new Troy Industries T-22 stock for my 10/22 to get here. I ordered it on January 2 and got a ship notice last week. Hopefully by bed time tonight, it'll be all dressed up and ready to play.
