On 5th March 2024 we received an email stating that unused vouchers would be refunded between 1st July 2024 and 31 December 2024. Whether this also applies to simple refunds is debatable. We are owed refunds from 2024 that Thai Airways have not paid and by now do not expect to get it back as Thai airways used Bankruptcy to avoid paying refunds. The Irony is I received an Email from Thai Airways marketing promoting flights.
