It indeed is fixable in Project64 2.1! Changing the Counter Factor from 2 (default) to 1 fixed the slowdown issue completely! No slowing down at any point so far!

Hello, i've been using Project64 1.6 for quite a time and so far has encountered no question besides the graphical bug that the original Jabo's plugin has which occurs in Ocarina Of Time where textures like roads, carpets like in the Goron City especially the one where Darunia stands on. WebGLide has higher accuracy, but may run slower. With that said, several games do run very well on the Pi 4, such as Mario 64, Star Fox 64, Castlevania, Zelda, etc. Unfortunately, you will have to experiment to see what performance you can get from each game.
