Webb16 nov. 2024 · De fleste landene som har gjennomført validering av NIHSS til eget språk og kultur, har inkludert samme bilder og tekst som den originale NIHSS-versjonen. Enkelte land har tilpasset bilder og tekstark til egen kultur (9, 21, 22). I prosjektet vårt valgte ekspertgruppen å beholde bilder og tekstark med tilpasninger. WebbNIHSS har blivit standard för mätning av föränd- ringar i nervstatus hos strokepatienter. I vissa sam-manhang räknas en förändring på 4 poäng som kliniskt signifikant. I andra anses ett NIHSS på 0–1 poäng vid uppföljning vara tecken på utmärkt tillfrisknande. Instruktioner NIH strokeskalans moment utförs i nedanstående ordning.
