WebI was recently enchanted by Layne Norton's PHAT -power hypertrophy adoptive training. Two considerations before we get started: -I am aware that he has a PhD and that I do not. -I am aware that he is a championship bodybuilder and that I am not. The thing to keep in mind, based on my reading, is that Norton designed this program to be mold-able. WebSimply put, it's crushing me, but I've also been crushing weights. The first 3 weeks were pretty rough so make sure you're eating plenty of food and getting proper nutrition.
