The frame side (ball joint) is solid but the axle side is worn. The track bar is a Rough Country 94003240 (link below) dated 11/06/18. So the bar is less than 2 years old and the bushing is already failing.

Web14 set 2024 · I installed a new track bar by Rubicon Express. It says to torque to factory specs. Everything I read says 52 ft lbs plus 115* yield to torque. This seems really weak to me. My JK was 125 lbs and most torqued 145 lbs to prevent DW.

Consider the route that Rubicon Express uses on their 3.5" lifts. In their Installation Instructions step 15 says to simply drill a new hole for the OEM track bar.
