I used the training with a goal of a sub 3 marathon and crushed my goal by running a 2:55 in Houston. So I would highly recommend their training plans. WebAdditional info: My half marathon goal pace is 6:30 min/mile. Running the Tuesday speed sessions at 6 min/mile. Running the Thursday workout at 6:30 min/mile.
