WebEven when i dont have a migraine attack happening i feel sick. Just a general not well. I’ve tried going off my birth control, magnesium, no caffeine, i mean everything i can think of and i just feel terrible constantly. Feels like my doctor wont listen to me. Im in my early 20s and I shouldn’t feel like im struggling to be alive. WebThe only way to treat hormonal acne is with hormones. I also get migraines and was on dual-hormone BC for 10 years which saved my skin. Last year my OB switched me to progesterone-only because of the migraines, and that combined with Differin and Spironolactone has the same effect as dual-hormone BC alone. Don’t give up!
